Because it's not tied to any monk attribute, am I correct in assuming the best weapon of choice for casting Seed of Life is a staff (20% HSR) of enchanting (20%)?

Is this the same for Healing Seed or is there a better combination?

sorry to ruin your fun, but a staff with HSR (20%) is a universal mod for all spells, not just spells linked to a weapon's attribute like a wand or offhand. it also isn't linked to divine favor in any way other than skill description. it's a sunspear skill and any weapon/offhand attribute-linked bonuses or mods will have no effect on it.

yes a HSR (20%) staff with enchant mod is the best weapon choice for this skill.

alternatively you could use a martial weapon with a "Let the Memory Live Again" inscription and a enchanting mod and an offhand with "Serenity Now", but it amounts to about the same thing.

Seed of life is the best... any pve monk build without it is almost auto fail.

Yes a staff w/ HSR 20%, 20% Enchanting is probably the best.

Oh, okay.

IMO run a 40/20/20 Prot staff for casting them. Unless you want to use money and buy a Healing staff just for Healing Seed.
